This home was purchased solely for the location of the lot. The old house was torn down and a new home built in its place. To fit the setbacks the new cape style home was turned sideways and the modules offset to provide space for a front porch. All in all this home settles in on the lot and looks like it’s been part of the neighborhood for many years.
