This home replaces the small bungalow that was on the lot. This was a case of a great location but the house needed help. After discussion as to whether to add on or build new the homeowners decided to go with a brand new custom home.
The final outcome is a home that functions well, is bright and airy with a second story deck to take advantage of the water view. All in all the homeowners are pleased with their decision to tear down the old home for a new energy efficient replacement.
