Foundation with Owner Completion
E&L Builders, Inc. will be responsible for all site preparation, construction of the foundation, crane setting of the home on the foundation and putting the home under a permanent roof. At this point, the homeowner will finish the remaining 10-15% of the work. Outlines for the owner completion projects are available for anyone choosing this method. Part of the purchase price includes design services, consultation and completion responsibility list to make sure this process go smoothly. The cost savings with this method may be significant.
Set Only
The owner is responsible for all site preparation, construction of the foundation, and crane expense prior to the setting of the home. E&L Builders, Inc. will set the home on the foundation, raise roof and install roof shingles. The homebuyer will then complete the remainder of the work.
Turnkey
With this option, E&L Builders, Inc. will be responsible for all site preparation, construction of the foundation, crane setting of the home on the foundation, completion of all inside work such as carpeting, moldings, electrical, plumbing, etc. and the placement of seed and straw on the lawn. This approach requires the least amount of effort on the part of the homeowner.
